Abacus
"Abacus" is a pattern inspired by the rhythm of sound, digital structure, and geometry rooted in nature. The abstract composition of vertical, irregular segments resembles a sound wave, a barcode, or a minimalist city composed of vertical forms. Arranged with a sense of proportion, they create an undulating, dynamic line running through the central part of the pattern, while also leaving breathing space at the top and bottom of the composition. The overall effect is reminiscent of both handcrafted natural materials (e.g., wood, linen) and contemporary digital design. The structure and subtle shadows give the pattern a three-dimensional effect – as if the form were convex or delicately carved into the fabric. "Abacus" combines modern austerity with organic calm, creating a space full of rhythm and balance.
