How do I check if an item is on stock?

Can I request product samples before making a purchase?
Yes, we encourage customers to request samples to experience the quality and characteristics of our products before making a purchase decision. Contact our sales team to request samples or visit our showroom to see our products in person.
We regularly ship samples outside Metro Manila as well. Get in touch!

Do you work with Architects and Design professionals on collaborative projects?
Yes, we actively collaborate with architects, designers, and other industry professionals on various projects. We offer support in product selection, technical specifications, and can assist in creating cohesive design solutions.
What is the typical lead time for standard product delivery?
Most items are on stock, so in general it can be picked up or arranged within 1-3 days depending on the complexity of packing, preparing or shipping your order (e.g. trucking large/bulk items).
The lead time varies depending on the product and quantity ordered. During the ordering process, our team will provide you with an estimated delivery timeline, and we strive to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
What is the typical lead time for customized products or very large project quantities?
For project quantities (hundreds or thousands of units) or for products requiring custom production, we will typically work with you in advance to collaboratively develop, produce and prepare the items. Lead times vary per category / product type, so the easiest way is to get in touch with our team, so we can assist you in strategizing the most efficient, quickest & cost-effective availability of the items and quantity you need. For special or custom production items (like customized area rugs, ballroom carpets, special finish brass items, or custom color flooring) or for very large project quantities, the safest way is to get in touch with us as early as possible (as soon as you know about it), so we can adequately prepare your requirement.
The typical lead time for most customized items is 4-6 weeks. But for larger quantities in the thousands this may be as long as 10-14 weeks if the preliminary components to production still need to be sourced specifically for your requirement.
Rest assured that our team members will do everything possible to ensure your custom requirement is successfully served at the fastest possible time.
My job is outside Metro Manila, Do you ship/deliver to the provinces?
We frequently ship items to our provincial customers, through our own delivery truck fleet, our registered logistics partners or the customers' preferred courier or logistics company.
Before going ahead, we will be in touch with you to make sure you are comfortable with the agreed arrangement and cost of shipping.

Can your products be used for both residential and commercial projects?
Yes, our products are versatile and suitable for a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional ones.
We also offer specialist solutions that are specifically graded to cater to the unique needs of each type of project (e.g. commercial traffic).
In the past we have served projects that have green / sustainability requirements for points accumulation, projects that require special fire ratings to be fulfilled, or projects that anticipate extra wear and tear, or need features like anti-bacterial treatments or scratch resistance.
