Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the physical receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, you may contact us at +63 917 8806556. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you details for an appointment at our warehouse to inspect the returned items, to ensure they are in the original good condition and fulfill the return requirements. Please note that for inspections, items must be sent to the following address: 125 Dangay Street, Project 7, Quezon City, Philippines 1105.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon pickup or delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This is so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
1. Custom products (such as those purchased as indent orders or are personalized / specially manufactured items according to your specifications)
2. Discontinued or limited stock items.
3. Discounted items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Credits or Refunds
We will notify you to let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically issued a credit memo within 10 business days, which can be used to offset your future purchases with Eurokonzept. In very exceptional circumstances, a cash refund may be issued, but please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.
